Welcome to ClearProxies.io ("Service Provider"). By using our datacenter rotating IPv6 and residential rotating IPv4 services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services provided by ClearProxies.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you must not use the Services. We reserve the right to modify our Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice.

Service Description

ClearProxies.io provides datacenter rotating IPv6 and residential rotating IPv4 services, which allow users to access the Internet using a pool of IP addresses that change periodically. These IP addresses are intended for legitimate use, such as web scraping, ad verification, market research, and other similar purposes. However, the Services must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, and unauthorized access to computer systems.

Account Registration

To use the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to notify ClearProxies.io immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to terminate a user's account at any time without stating a reason. Any misuse or attempted misuse of our services may result in the immediate termination of the user's account.

Prohibited Activities

Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Sending spam or engaging in any form of unsolicited advertising or marketing.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.
Engaging in any activity that may harm or exploit minors in any way.
Using the Services to distribute or store any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Engaging in any activity that may cause excessive load on the infrastructure of ClearProxies.io or its service providers.
No refunds will be issued unless there is a technical issue on our side. Any negligence by the user is not grounds for a refund.
We are not liable for any misuse or abuse of our product by the user.
We do not provide any warranty or guarantee for our proxies. It is the user's responsibility to check beforehand if their target side/endpoint supports IPv6.
We do not condone the use of our proxies to break other organizations' Terms of Service. We may take legal action against any user found to be breaking other organizations' Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The content and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of ClearProxies.io or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on such content or materials without the prior written consent of ClearProxies.io.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearProxies.io and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services or the inability to use the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClearProxies.io and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another party.
